Pleased to announce that having complied with the requirements of the applicable Florida statutes, the Florida Secretary of State has issued a Certificate of Authority to The Frances Foundation authorizing the FF to conduct business in Florida as of May 22,2024.We look forward to working with our Florida office trustee Ben Tursi in establishing our mission in Vero Beach and bringing smiles to FLA pediatric cancer warriors and assistance to their families. Donations made to our FF Florida office will be directed to Florida pediatric cancer warriors and their families; and all other donations will be directed to NJ pediatric cancer warriors and their families, with limited exceptions due to special circumstances. Join me in wishing Ben and his Florida volunteers the best of luck in getting off to a good start.
