Howell Township Police Officer Tom Rizzo is competing for the cover of Muscle & Fitness magazine, and he’s doing it for a cause close to all of our hearts. The winner receives the cover feature and a $20,000 grand prize. In a truly selfless gesture, Tom has pledged to donate the entire $20,000 prize to The Frances Foundation if he wins! This donation is in honor and memory of our beloved "Jake the Tank" Honig, who lost his battle with brain cancer in 2018 at just seven years old.
